While Home is On The Market:

  • Keep home neat, clean, decluttered for showings and Open House(s)
  • Review showing feedback with agent

When Offer(s) Received:

  • Review offer(s) with agent
  • Make counteroffer(s) as determined 
  • Accept offer

After Offer Accepted:

  • Fulfill contingency terms as needed
  • Prepare for move; move
  • Go to settlement
  • Get your money!

  • Begin assisting client with preparation of home for sale

After Home is Ready:

  • Prepare photos, tour, brochures
  • Prepare Internet and other advertising
  • Install main sign, lockbox, directional signs
  • Enter home in MLS

While Home is On The Market:

  • Home showings
  • Open House(s) as desired and convenient for client
  • Monitor showings and feedback
  • Discuss feedback with client

When Offer(s) Received:

  • Review offer(s) with client
  • Ensure buyers are qualified
  • Negotiate with buyers’ agents
  • Advise client regarding transaction

After Offer Accepted:

  • Assist client and buyer in fulfilling contingency terms
  • Carefully monitor transaction to assure settlement
  • Assist client in preparing for move
  • Accompany client to settlement
  • Congratulate client on successful sale!
